Therapy is a wonderful thing. Working with a skilled practitioner can be the foundation of powerful, positive change in the quality of anyone’s life. There are many good therapists. However, no therapist is the right fit for every client seeking services. I encourage anyone looking for positive change in their lives through counseling to be choosy: Look at education and experience, of course, but, finally, look at “fit.” You want to feel supported, safe and confident in the skill of your chosen therapist.
And for this reason, I provide a free 15 minute consultation—either by phone or in the office.
I enjoy working with individuals, adults, teens and children, and also groups and families. For registered interns, I provide supervision as a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida. For persons in recovery, I enjoy providing therapy services as a nationally board certified addictions counselor.
